Each session is designed around your experience, goals, and what’s going on in your life. No pressure, no pretense — just honest, supportive guidance.

1:1 sessions on Zoom
60 to 90 minutes per week — either in one full class or divided into two shorter sessions.

Resources to support your practice
Meditation guides, simple slides, app recommendations, readings, and personalized voice recordings to practice at home.

Ongoing support
You’ll have access to me via email or WhatsApp between sessions, so you’re never navigating this alone.
