Developing the Habit of Meditation:

Create a daily practice that feels natural and grounding

This class is for anyone who’s ready to make meditation part of their life — not as a strict routine, but as a steady rhythm that brings you back to yourself.

Whether you’re just starting out or returning to a practice that’s felt out of reach, this is a gentle but powerful way to build consistency with guidance, support, and presence.

Over two months, we’ll meet once a week for a live class and meditate together daily for 20 minutes. Through repetition and reflection, you’ll begin to develop a practice that stays with you — even when life feels chaotic.

This is an invitation to commit to your inner world, one breath at a time.

What’s Included

We’ll meditate together every day in real-time — helping you build the habit with structure and support.
