Over these 8 weeks, you’ll explore how stress lives in your body, how to relate to your emotions with more clarity and compassion, and how awareness can slowly transform the way you navigate your days. You’ll build small, sustainable practices that support your rhythm and help you reconnect with yourself and your well-being.

How It Works

We begin on November 17th.
A new class will be released every Monday after that.
Each Monday, you’ll be able to schedule your 1:1 session and meet anytime between Monday and Saturday.
Each meeting is a space to reconnect, adjust, and keep your practice alive in your real life.
